HOTWORX Council Bluffs is looking for an energetic, motivated, and sales-driven TSA to join our team!

EVENINGS + SATURDAYS

Part-Time Position
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Evening shifts available

$12–$15+ PER HOUR Depends on experience

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering short, high-intensity workouts that combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise. Members enjoy a variety of virtual workouts including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more—all designed to help members get more workout in less time!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a HOTWORX TSA, you'll help create an energetic and welcoming experience while growing our membership. Responsibilities include:

• Sell new memberships and help meet sales goals
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Conduct studio tours for prospective members
• Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm
• Build relationships and provide excellent member service
• Encourage member engagement and retention
• Post on Social Media
• Participate in community outreach and lead generation
• Sell retail products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
• Complete daily opening/closing and studio responsibilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Sales-focused and motivated to earn commissions and bonuses
• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable making sales calls and following up with leads
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Goal-oriented and willing to work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
• Reliable and dependable
• Previous sales or commission-based experience is a plus!
